With more than 450 employees and over 110 test benches GIF is a major development partner for the automobile industry. The main office is located in Alsdorf (Germany) with branches in Aachen, Wolfsburg and Suzhou (China). Further locations are in Alexandria (USA) and Tokyo (Japan). Furthermore, GIF is represented in France and Korea.

Our main business areas are transmission development, transmission control and modelling, transmission testing, vehicle testing and measuring equipment as well automation systems.

Due to the cross functional cooperation of the GIF teams long-term collaboration for complex development and research activities up to detail problem solution can be offered.
