	A cooperation between GIF and AVL is existing since January 21st 2009 for the area powertrain and transmission development for passenger cars and light trucks as well as test bed technology. 	Since many years GIF mbH cooperates successfully with Gesellschaft für Antriebstechnik (short GAT). GAT manufactures dual mass flywheels resp. mechanical torsion dampers (short MTD) based on developments by GIF. You will find further information on the following website.
