CAN32 Converter
CAN32 Converter
Analogue / Digital to CAN interface
The CAN32 converter offers the possibility to transfer analogue
and digital signals into CAN messages as well as vice versa.
The free configurable channels and the simulation of fixed messages makes
this measuring systems universal.
Technical Data
- Additional current provider range: 9..18V DC
- 11 or 29 bit selectable identifier
- Combination of Motorola and Intel data format possible
- Baud rate up 1 Mbit/s
- Transmitter rate for each channel free definable
- Simulation of 30 determined messages
- Intigrated Watchdog-Timer for detection of system breakdown
- CAN-Status optionally connectable to digital output for monitoring

PCAN-USB
PCAN-USB
PC-USB to CAN Interface
For easy and cheap accessibility to CAN network with the specification
2.0A and 2.0B with a maximum baud rate of 1 Mbits/s. Due to the small size,
the plastic USB-to-CAN converter is optimal for adaptation to laptops and notebooks.
The USB-ISO version additionally includes an optical de-coupler. By means
of an installed DC/DC converter and optical coupler a galvanic disconnection
up to max. 500 V between the PC and CAN-side can be guaranteed.
Technical Data
- Baud rate adjustment up to 1 Mbit/s
- Fulfils the CAN specifications 2.0A (11-Bit ID) and 2.0B (29 Bit ID)
- In space saving plastic housing with USB cable on DIN 9-pol (CAN)
- Connectable to CAN Bus by D-SUB, 9-poles (acc. to CiA DS102-1)
PCAN-USB ISO additional
- Galvanic disconnection up to 500 V

PCAN-EXPLORER 3
PCAN-EXPLORER 3
Wide CAN Monitor for Windows®
PCAN Explorer is a universal monitor for the control of data communication on a CAN network.
Names (symbols) can be provided for easy and distinct allocation of single messages.
Due to the integrated data logger the data communication can be recorded and saved on the Bus.
Performance
- Indication of received messages with ID, length and data bytes
- Indication of received remote frames as well as amount and reception interval
- Optional messages can be taken up in the sender list to send them at fixed time intervals, manually or per answer to remote frames.
- CAN-Bus and controller failures are indicated incl. error frame counter
- Symbolic presentation of messages by allocation of designation
- Symbolic presentation of data within the data bytes by marking of bit groups, allocation of designation and data type as well as scaling and offset
- Specified presentation of received symbols after message ID, Differentiation-byte (multiplexer) and variables
- Supports different data types incl. float adjustable acc. to IEEE754 and listing (Enums), Byte-sequence acc. to Intel- and Motorola-format
- Configurable integrated data logger
- Integration of Add-Ins to extend the functionality, eg. line tracer (enclosed in standard pack)

Shaft Coupler
Shaft Coupler
Connection of two shafts - length and offset balancing
Torsionally stiff, flexible shaft couplers even out axial, angular (equipped
with 2 rotor stacks) and radial axial offsets in connection with two shaft ends.
The clutches consist of 2 rotor stacks, 2 hubs and one centre piece.
The clutches are manufactured in the miniature range and also in high
performance version with 400.000 Nm and more.

Shaft Coupler
In special cases torsionally stiff clutches are installed into torque measuring
shafts. The accuracy of the measured data depends on the precision with which
the clutch transfers the torsionally stiff and nonrebound torque. The axial
offset and radial weight recording can be compensated despite the demanded
high running smoothness.
