Air-conditioning System Test Bench

The vehicle air-condition demand is increasing more and more and therefore also the request for testing facilities for complete air-conditions and single components.

GIF runs an air-condition test bench for short and long term testing of the refrigerant cycle (refrigerant R134a). Next to the determination of the parameters, necessary for the application of air-conditioner compressor, such as rotational speed, torque, refrigerant pressure and temperature, it is also possible to develop the heat balance of the heat exchanger and condenser. The refrigerant amount can be varied through an inflating device.
