Multichannel customer specific systems for vibration monitoring of machines and test benches

By means of modern CAD/CAE tools GIF has developed customer specific switching and measuring equipment. These projects are supported from the first development up to series production. For the production of larger volumes we cooperate with other competent partners to guarantee best product support and reliability of supply.

Two examples are:

• Force measuring device for pipe sanders in power plants: The electronic and the display were integrated into the existing machine.
• Temperature and vibration monitoring of high speed machines for early recognition of bearing failures.
